Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the following countries:

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (free delivery in Paris), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Spain.

Orders are delivered via Colissimo or Mondial Relay, depending on your location.

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the shipping provider.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

🚚 Free Local Delivery

We offer free delivery within Paris.
If you’d like to arrange a local delivery, please contact us at hello@louddancewear.com and we’ll get in touch to confirm the details.

💳 Payment & Security

We accept credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.
All payments are processed securely through trusted providers.
Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@louddancewear.com with your order details and reason for return.
We will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
